In today's times, our attention has largely turned to the disease, particularly respiratory and cardiovascular, but truly little has been said about what steps to take to strengthen our immune system. That is, there is a lot of talk about the problem, but little about the solutions that are within our reach. That is why in this article I share some ideas of how we can activate our defenses and keep them strengthened for this or any other pathogenic microorganism that we eventually expos ourselves to.
Where to Start?
In principle, we could focus our attention on the following 4 points:
· Feeding healthily and enriching the diet with vitamins, minerals and natural remedies.
· Exercise regularly, and if possible, get in contact with nature.
· Be aware of your thoughts and change the negatives to positives.
· Protect your sleep. Sleeping according to the circadian cycle
How to complement this?
Herbal Remedies
There is a large variety of plants that activate the immune system such as Echinacea, Tulsi, Turmeric, Ginger, Thyme, Astragalus among others.
