Gaya holds a Master's Degree in Education & Psychology and Doctoral Coursework in International & Intercultural Education. She is a conference presenter on innovative intercultural health & mental health programs that received international recognition & have been highlighted on: CNN, NPR, CBS, NBC, Univision, Telemundo and others such as the National Association of Children's Hospitals, Los Angeles Children's Hospital,  UCLA, and the National Injury Free Coalition for Kids at Colombia University.  Gaya has trained at Pepperdine University, the University of Miami Executive Leadership Program and the  Johns Hopkins School of Public Health Summer Institute.  Her 25 year career in non-profit management includes raising millions in humanitarian efforts including post hurricane Irma recovery, programs for the poor, and child safety.  She has managed organizations with budgets exceeding  $70 million dollars. 

Gaya is founder and president of The Magnet Lady, a corporation dedicated to Alternative Medicine. She holds a vision that one day alternative & ancient medicine practices will be accessible to all and a medicine of choice. Duality Yao Copaltizn Chalchiucamac comes from a long line of Ancient Mexican Medicine Women.  She was initiated as a Medicine Woman by her Grandmother and went on to learn from the guidance of others who served as her mentors.   Yao went on to become an academic teaching at Universities in Mexico.  She then returned to her roots and along side her Dualityco-founded Pahkalli-Xeripa with the vision of sharing ancient medicine wisdom with others.  She applies various techniques including Traditional Ancient Medicine Massage, Herbal Plant Remedies, Energy Clearing and conducting Ceremonials and using the  Sweat Lodge (Temazcalli).
